Agreement to Terms
Welcome to Skill Pop! These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application and services. By accessing or using SkillPop, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SkillPop, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

2. Use of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use SkillPop. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Ensuring your account information is accurate and up-to-date
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

Acceptable Use

You agree to use SkillPop only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service
• Distribute viruses or malicious code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

3. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SkillPop, including but not limited to:

• Text, graphics, logos, and images
• Software and source code
• Learning content and materials
• User interface and design
• Trademarks and service marks

are owned by Pl Innovations and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SkillPop for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in SkillPop (notes, highlights, etc.). By creating content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

You are responsible for your content and warrant that it does not violate any laws or infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of content
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or that defects will be corrected. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PI INNOVATIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruption or security breaches.
• Errors or inaccuracies in content
• Unauthorized access to your account

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pl Innovations, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or conduct

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended period of inactivity
• At our sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or the service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

10. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Pi Innovations regarding the service.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver

No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
